In honor of Black History Month, I share this story...
Way back in elementary school -- you know, like eight years ago -- His Royal Highness was assigned the role of Wally Amos, of Famous Amos cookie fame, in the 4th grade Black History Month assembly. He studied his lines for weeks, memorized them all and said them word for word in the rehearsals.
But, alas, he was too white and nerdy. He couldn't get the 'walk' down and so he lost the part to a 'more African American like' white kid. And his chance at fame was gone.
