I was entering this contest (yes, I'm still at it) online, and I came across an interesting article on blogging women. You can read it here -- it does give an interesting perspective on the phenomenon.
However, the most interesting part to me is that I learned there is actually a blogging conference that people attend, with keynote speakers, breakout sessions and (the part that caught my attention and piqued my interest), exhibitors giving away free stuff! I am a sucker for samples. That is except when it comes to the Chinese lady at the mall food court trying to woo me with her toothpick impaled sesame chicken and cries of, "Sample, sample..."
Keeping it in perspective, I am not a mean girl (read the article) and just blog for the fun of it. Thanks for following my ponderings.
